Icing:

1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk

1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter

1 1/2 c. sugar

2 c. shredded coconut

1 c. pecans, roughly chopped, toasted

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt
